the carved wooden frame features rocaille decoration: shells on the central panel, the armrest supports, and the knees of the cabriole legs, the latter terminating in snail-shaped scrolls. Fully upholstered in cut velvet with a geometric lozenge pattern in salmon, beige, and gray tones, highlighted with a trim of gilt brass nailheads. A stain is present on the seat; the upholstery is otherwise in good overall condition. The frame is perfectly stable. All restorations can be carried out in our workshop.
