A refined and collectible salt and pepper grinder set designed by the acclaimed Danish duo Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sørensen for Rosendahl — one of Denmark's most respected design manufacturers.
The design is immediately recognisable: two brushed aluminium cylinders, one capped in white for salt, one in black for pepper, seated in their original matching stand. Minimal, precise, and entirely without excess — exactly what Danish design of this era did best.
Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sørensen were among the most celebrated Danish designers of the mid-century period, known for their meticulous attention to material and form. This set is a quiet but confident example of their work outside furniture — functional design elevated to an object worth keeping.
