Designed by Bertil Fridhagen in the 1960s for Bodafors, this teak bookcase develops a sequence of open and closed spaces, maintaining light and well-balanced proportions. The deeper base features two sliding doors and an adjustable internal shelf, while above it are open shelves, also adjustable, and two compartments with sliding glass doors. The green backdrops introduce a subtle chromatic note, a pleasant contrast with the warm tone of the teak. This solution perfectly illustrates Fridhagen's functional and restrained approach to Swedish furniture of the period. Good condition. May show signs of wear.
