Presenting a magnificent Chinese enameled porcelain temple jar (general jar), exquisitely hand-painted with vibrant famille rose enamels. This elegant piece features a classic baluster form with a domed lid topped with a yellow finial, adorned with a colorful depiction of mandarin ducks swimming among blooming lotus flowers and broad leaves, all set against a bright yellow ground with fine black linework. The neck and base are decorated with bands of dotted patterns and vertical lappets in red and green, while the base bears an apocryphal blue enameled six-character Kangxi reign mark. Perfect as a striking focal point on a mantel, console, or as part of an Asian art collection.
