Edith Weir is an American painter who was from the Midwest and produced mostly still life oil paintings. This is a lovely still life featuring large yellow Sunflowers with accent blue and white flora. The large arrangement sits on a table with a basket of apples and oranges. There is also a small pewter pitcher. The stretched canvas work is framed in a gold gilt ornate frame with a thin black velvet mat. Beautifully presented
