Meiji Japanese design incorporating so many elements in a single piece of casting, a celebration of the skill at their fingertips. Exuberant piece that would mirror European rococo in movements and flourishes. The measurements are 16" in diameter at the top dish, the arms are 19" in diameter at the ends, and the height is 21".
