Le Boudoir, a French hand-colored engraving after J. Freudenberg, engraved by P. Malœuvre. Both names and the date 1774 appear on the plate. The interior scene shows a seated woman, draped curtains and a second figure by a window, with a title cartouche below. Presented in a carved giltwood frame with scrolling foliate ornament.
Framed height 47 cm and width 35 cm. Frame depth has not been measured; the 1 cm depth value is a placeholder, not an actual dimension.
The paper has light age-related toning. The frame has visible wear and a small section of missing wood, shown in the photographs. One framed engraving.
