We acquired this primitive item mainly for the naturally developed patina; And now that we have it in our hands we think it would make a unique addition to any corner of a house. It could stand as is or act as a pedestal. So what we are looking at is a small (possibly salesman sample) stool or table? It's really a what you see or what you imagine kind of situation on our hands. Again, to us it was all about the patina, age, and wear. It's just lovely anyway you ponder it.
