Handsome pair of vintage cast bronze lion head paperweights featuring highly detailed sculptural faces surrounded by full, flowing manes. Each piece has substantial weight and a rich, naturally aged bronze patina with darker tones throughout the recessed areas that beautifully emphasize the casting.
Compact yet impressively heavy, each paperweight weighs approximately 1 pound. The flat undersides are finished with black felt to protect desk, tabletop, or bookshelf surfaces.
A striking pair of decorative desk accessories well suited for a Neoclassical, traditional, Grand Tour, Regency, or eclectic interior. Beautiful displayed together on a desk, console, library shelf, or coffee table.
