Substantial in both appearance and construction, the chair features a handsome dark-finished wood frame, strong architectural lines, broad angular supports, exposed upper back posts, generously padded arms, and extensive dark nailhead trim.

The upholstery is a beautifully textured woven fabric in warm shades of golden tan, cream and brown with subtle muted blue accents, creating a sophisticated contrast against the dark wood. The nailhead detailing follows the arms, seat and back, emphasizing the chair's substantial handcrafted appearance.
