Along its length are camels with riders, deer, peacocks, lions, rows of cypress trees, tree-of-life panels and small window motifs, each set on a different ground: indigo navy, sky blue, denim, forest green, brick red, mustard and ivory. Collectors know this type as an animal rug or folk art runner.

Hand-spun Ghazni highland wool with a soft, low-medium pile and the natural color shifts (abrash) collectors look for. Vegetable dyes give a saturated but earthy palette.

Ideal for a long hallway, galley kitchen, bedside or stair landing, and easy to layer over jute or sisal. Pairs well with mid-century, boho, eclectic, folk art, English country and grandmillennial interiors.
