Rare Meissen Hunter with Dogs Figure.
Model designed circa 1785 - 1789 by Johann Carl Beauty who served as a Head of Model Department at Meissen factory until about 1794.
Depicts Young Gentleman in 19th Century Costumes with Trident Hats. Each Figure resting upon circular meadow Base with gold frieze Decoration and naturalistic Tree Stumps.
Mark: Meissen Knaufschwerter Mark, initial "J" (Johann Carl Beauty), Model Number 80.
The Gentleman is 9.25" h x 4" w.
