The mix of solid and veneered teak composition is in very good shape showing only minor signs of vintage wear such as minor nicks and light surface scratches (which can be seen in the photos provided). With that said the wood is in overall very good shape and the old-growth woodgrains are absolutely stunning in natural light. All three drawers slide open and close with ease exposing intricate dovetail joinery and finished wooden interiors. This extraordinary dresser is highly functional, structurally sound and ready for a literal lifetime more of use.
