Unknown sitter, but appears to be someone of accomplishment and achievement. At first glance, the intelligence in the eyes and the smart fashion of the times: a high lace collar. The life of this person would have been any version of a pastor, Dean, Politician, or writer. Beautifully painted face with dramatic, piercing eyes.
