designed for the renowned italian manufacturer molteni, the series is now considered a classic of italian modernism.

the chairs are characterized by a radically minimalist yet striking design language. The construction consists of a solid beechwood frame with a strong rectangular cross-section. The seat and backrest are made of taut, black full-grain leather, which is attached to the frame with visible screws. The characteristic tension in the leather ensures ergonomic seating comfort without the need for additional padding.

the flat lines and slightly splayed legs give the chairs a sculptural effect that remains understated and functional. The visible screws are not a technical necessity but rather deliberately designed elements that emphasize the industrial character of the design.

the matching table is made of solid wood and was designed to perfectly complement the chairs, both formally and materially.
