The table is made of teak and has the warm, golden brown tone that is so characteristic of Danish furniture from the period. The round tabletop is a full 3.5 cm thick and made of solid teak. The table's softly rounded edge gives the table an elegant and well-crafted expression while allowing the beautiful grain of the teak to take center stage.

Since the tabletop is made of solid teak, the table is also an excellent choice for families with children. Should the tabletop get scratches, stains or other signs of wear over time, it can be sanded many times and regain its beautiful surface. This makes the table both durable and long-lasting, a piece of furniture that is truly created to be used and accompany you through many years of everyday life, dinners and family life.

The table stands on a sturdy and stylish column base. The centrally placed leg frame leaves plenty of space around the table and makes it unusually easy to place the chairs without the table legs getting in the way. We have tried the table with normal-width chairs around the original table top, and the seating feels airy, comfortable and inviting.

The table comes with a 50 cm wide extension leaf that extends the table from 110 to 160 cm. The extension leaf is foldable and can be easily stored inside the table when not in use. This way, it is always close at hand without requiring a separate storage space. The extension leaf is made of veneered teak, which makes it significantly lighter and easier to handle than a solid leaf.

Both the table top and the extension leaf have the same softly shaped edges. When the extension table is in place, a cohesive and harmonious whole is created that looks just as well thought out as the table does in its original round position.

with the extension table in place, there is plenty of space for around eight to ten seats, depending on the width of the chairs. The table's flexible format makes it equally useful for a small breakfast as for dinners and more festive occasions.

A classic Danish dining table that combines beautiful materials, solid quality and well-thought-out function. The timeless design means that the table fits just as well in a modern home as it does with older furniture and decor.

The leg frame can be easily dismantled for easier transport.

The table is in very good condition with very few signs of wear. There is a small crack at one of the hinges of the extension table. See pictures.
