This elongated and sinuous piece, characteristic of Art Nouveau, is made of glazed stoneware from the Pierrefonds Heraldic Pottery (Oise, founded in 1903 by Count Hallez d'Arros).

The trumpet-shaped neck, highlighted with raised ribs forming a stylized almond-shaped vegetal motif (reminiscent of a whiplash curve), flares upwards into an asymmetrical corolla. It extends into a curved stem that widens into an openwork crescent-shaped base, pierced with circular holes—a system designed to hold the stems of a bouquet upright while retaining water in the neck.

The enamel displays the typical monochrome palette of Pierrefonds production: a satin bronze/ochre background in the upper section, transitioning to deep blue drips and speckles on the neck and base, with the iridescence and subtle crystallization characteristic of this workshop.
