A large, footed silverplate serving tray in Poole Silver Co.'s Lancaster Rose pattern (EPCA #400) — a rose-motif design with an etched, hand-chased center and scrolled twin handles. Measuring 30" handle-to-handle by 20" wide by 2" deep, this tray is substantial enough to anchor a full silver service or serve as a striking standalone serving piece.
Poole Silver Co. operated in Taunton, Massachusetts from 1893 to 1971, producing well-regarded American silverplate. The Lancaster Rose pattern is one of their more decorative designs, prized for its floral detailing along the rim and center.
