Beautiful antique Arts & Crafts modular stacking file cabinet dating to the early 1900s, crafted from richly figured tiger oak.
This substantial cabinet features a highly functional multi-drawer configuration with numerous shallow document drawers, four medium drawers and three large lower file drawers, all fitted with period-style metal label holders and pulls. The shallow upper drawers are particularly well suited for documents, drawings, prints, maps or collectibles.
Constructed as a modular stacking cabinet consisting of three main sections plus the top and base, allowing the piece to be separated for easier transport. The oak displays beautiful grain and a warm aged patina, complemented by dark metal banding and hardware. The base retains its casters for easy movement.
