What is unique about this vase is its large size and that it comes with a matching polygon bonbonniere (covered candy dish). Both are white porcelain which is decorated with alternating wide matte gold glazed vertical stripes. To our knowledge there is no other comparable vase decorated as such in this size currently available for sale. Nor are there any auction or sold records from reputable sources. The same applies to the bonbonierre (covered candy dish). Provenance is that both pieces were purchased by the original owner at a Army Air Force "PX" while they were stationed in Germany during the 1980's.

The vase measures 7.5" wide x 7.5" deep x 14" high.
Bonbonniere measures 5.75" wide x 5.75" deep x 4" high.

Both pieces are in very good vintage condition. With no chips, cracks, scratches, scuffs, or gold loss of note. With the exception of one very minor mark. See photos for details See less
