Beautiful traditional European Revival display cabinet/vitrine featuring rich walnut-toned wood, intricate marquetry and decorative inlay, and extensive hand-carved-style detailing. The upper cabinet has an architectural design with an elaborate carved and pierced scrollwork crest and a distinctive round glass-front display door with decorative fretwork. Inlaid floral medallions accent both sides of the cabinet.
The lower section features multiple drawers with decorative ring pulls, carved embellishments, and an ornate apron. The cabinet is supported by an impressive carved multi-leg base with decorative stretchers, giving the piece a substantial and elegant appearance.
The overall design has strong Continental European Renaissance/Baroque Revival influences.
