1980s Spanish bronze figural table lamp depicting a neoclassical winged Cupid holding a bow, standing on a star-embossed orb atop a stepped round bronze base. The bronze statue itself measures 18 inches tall.
This piece began life as a bronze statue and was later converted into a lamp; it was wired/rewired at some point and is in working order. It takes a standard regular household socket — no special bulb is required (the seller currently uses a Philips Hue bulb in it). Maximum wattage is unknown, so LED bulbs are recommended.
Measurements: 29 inches overall lamp height; the statue itself measures 18 inches. The base is approximately 7.5 inches wide x 4.5 inches deep (per the seller's written description). The 29-inch overall height was measured with the shade shown; the bronze statue itself measures 18 inches tall.
Condition is vintage and consistent with age. Green felt is fitted to the underside of the base. No maker mark was visible — no maker or foundry is claimed.
