This is an original ink drawing representing a man in profile and in a meditative pose, portrayed witha very synthetic line and a wise touch. Hand-signed and dated on the lower left margin. The artwork is attached to the ivory cardboard. In very good conditions, except for a missing higher left corner and some foxing only on the cardboard. This defect does not affect the image. Flor David (Paris 1891-1958) pseudonym of David Florence. Pastel painter. she was a pupil of Desirè Lucas. She exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Francais since 1923 and had honorable mention at Prix Leonie Dussueil in 1934. This artwork is shipped from Italy.
