Vintage limited-edition serigraph titled “Montmartre” by artist Alex Perez. This colorful garden scene features lush flowering landscapes, a winding stone pathway, architectural details, and vibrant Impressionist-inspired colors.
The serigraph is hand-signed in pencil by the artist and numbered HC 14/50, indicating a Hors Commerce edition of 50 impressions. According to the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity from Fine Art Sales, Inc., the work was produced as a color serigraph on wove paper. The certificate also notes a separate regular numbered edition of 200.
Professionally presented under glass with layered matting and an ornate gold-tone frame featuring decorative detailing. Includes the original Certificate of Authenticity, Registration No. 106013.
Overall framed dimensions: approximately 19.5” W × 23.5” H × 1” D.
