Figures is an original etching on paper by Marcello Avenali. Hand-signed. Numbered, edition 125/125. Image Dimensions: 32 x 50 cm Very good condition except for worn margins. Marcello Avenali (Rome, 1912 - Rome, 1981), was an Italian artist and engraver. His works can be found in the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome and in the contemporary art collection of the Pontifical Museums and Galleries, as well as in numerous private collections. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
