Elevate your interior with this striking pair of early-to-mid 20th-century Chinese export ceramic crane figurines, beautifully designed to function as spill vases or decorative brush pots. Handcrafted in a vivid Chinoiserie style reminiscent of classic Shiwan or export majolica pottery, each piece features a beautifully sculpted, glossy white red-crowned crane perched gracefully against an organic, textured tree trunk base. The bases are finished in a beautifully mottled, multi-toned blue, teal, and green glaze, accented with molded pine needle details—a traditional Chinese motif where cranes and pine trees together symbolize longevity, peace, and good fortune.
The underside of the pottery features an authentic incised stacked "CHINA" stamp alongside the mold number "239" and a stylized artist monogram signature, dating this collectible set precisely to the early Republican era (circa 1910s–1940s).
