The long credenza features a striking segmented three-panel top layout, inset with a protective layer of smoke-tinted or dark glass panels that gracefully reveal the rich, highly figured walnut wood grain underneath. Its prominent symmetrical facade rests on a classic Ming-style bracket baseline and is punctuated by heavy, campaign-style brass corner brackets and hinges, flanking a center column of three deep dovetailed drawers fitted with recessed brass pulls. The two large side cabinets open to reveal generous shelving space, secured externally by double doors inset with striking, vertically elongated mirrored panels that are hand-painted with delicate gold floral branch and bird motifs.
