Charming 1960's Italian tole strawberry chandelier in a birdcage shape. The hanging light sports three chandelier bulb sockets and is designed to be hard wired as a ceiling fixture. The metal fixture is painted white with green leaves and red strawberries. Yellow enhanced flowers are scattered throughout the design. The candle covers are brown lending the fixture a naturalistic look. The original chain is attached with a fluted canopy. The wiring has been tested and works well. Marked with a 'Made in Italy' metal tag.
Good to fair condition with signs of age. There is some loss to the painted finish. The fixture has been lightly cleaned though it was in storage for many years and might benefit from additional cleaning. The fixture will require hard wiring or conversion to a plug-in fixture. The wiring looks clean and works well.
Measures 17.5" from top of fixture to the base x 13.5" wide x 13.5" deep. The chain with canopy measures 16" long for a combined length of 33.5" from top of canopy to the base of the birdcage body.
