Butterflies and insects scatter across the cream ground.

Each plate has a scalloped twelve-sided rim with a molded tan leaf-tip border over deep green, finished with a soft celadon edge. The bodies carry an intentional crackle glaze — a deliberate decorative finish, not damage.

Marked on the reverse 华荣堂制 (Hua Rong Tang Zhi), a late 20th-century Chinese export workshop known for crackle-glaze revival wares in the 18th-century Chinese export manner.

Hung as a group of four, they make a lively wall arrangement; equally good propped along a shelf or plate rail. See less
