Trapezists is a beautiful original pencil drawing on universal watermarked paper, realized at the middle of xx century by the surrealist artist, eugène berman. Monogrammed ''e. B.'' in pencil on higher-margin at the center in a circle. A really superb original drawing of a virtuous and rapid line, representing a circus scene with two jugglers in a bold perspective. An interesting piece in excellent conditions to collect! eugène berman (saint petersburg, 1899 – rome, 1972) was a russian painter and theater and opera scenographer. His work earned the name of ''neo-romantic'' for the melancholy and the introspective features. Berman might have taken inspiration from pablo picasso's artworks, especially from the blue period paintings. This artwork is shipped from italy.
