Crafted from wood with a rich, grain-heavy finish reminiscent of Rosewood (Huali), this hexagonal vessel is a stunning example of traditional Asian craftsmanship.

The piece features intricate Mother of Pearl (shell) inlay depicting floral arrangements in vases, alongside the Chinese characters "富贵" (Fu Gui), symbolizing wealth and honor. The top and bottom rims are adorned with ornate brass-toned metal corner brackets, each set with vibrant green gemstone-like cabochons (faux jade/turquoise).

This brush pot is not only functional for storing pens and brushes but also serves as a striking decorative object for any Chinoiserie, Traditional, or Asian-inspired interior. See less
