DESCRIPTION
Elevate your fine art collection or next interior project with this exceptional mid-century color lithograph titled "La Route" by the celebrated French Fauvist master Maurice de Vlaminck (1876–1958). Pulled in 1958 by the legendary printmaking house Atelier Mourlot in Paris, this striking modernist composition showcases Vlaminck's signature expressive brushstrokes and dramatic landscape style. The piece comes beautifully housed in a vintage wooden frame accented with a silver-gilt inner border and wrapped in a rich teal-blue velvet matting. The lithograph is signed in the stone at the lower center of the artwork. An authentic vintage gallery stock tag remains intact on the reverse backing paper.
