A striking and rare 'Faia' bergère lounge chair designed by Toni Cordero and manufactured by Sawaya and Moroni, Italy, in 1993. The sculptural composition combines enamelled metal, dyed rope, brass and upholstered fabric, bringing together contrasting materials within an expressive architectural form. Cordero re-interprets the traditional bergère through an imaginative contemporary language, balancing functionality with theatricality, irony and visual tension. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution
