The stone displays a remarkable palette of soft celadon, rich emerald green, and delicate blush-pink veins. The concentration of emerald coloration along the mane, ears and base creates a particularly dramatic contrast and gives the sculpture a jewel-like presence. The horse is carved with an elongated, graceful profile, finely incised mane, alert ears, and a quiet, contemplative expression. The polished surface allows the natural translucency, crystalline structure, and complex mineral patterns of the stone to remain visible, making the material itself an important part of the composition. Mounted on a substantial matching gemstone emerald-rich base with metal support, the sculpture has the presence of a small modernist work of art. Because the colors and inclusions are entirely created by nature, the piece is truly one of a kind—an elegant and highly valuable sculpture your sophisticated interior. See less
