Up for sale is a stunning, authentic early 19th-century English Regency period footed centerpiece bowl (tazza / compote) crafted by Mason’s Patent Ironstone China. This piece features the highly desirable and intricate Chinoiserie "Chinese Table and Vase" pattern, showcased inside an elegant, wavy gothic-scalloped rim with gold gilt detailing. The hand-painted enamel coloration overlaying the transfer-printed scene exhibits the beautiful, vibrant palette typical of Mason’s finest early works. The bowl rests on a substantial, molded pedestal foot.
