It is considered one of the quintessential dutch designs of the post-war modern era.

the delicate frame is made of chrome-plated or metallic tubular steel and follows a clean, geometric design. The seat and backrest are formed from wide strips of leather stretched directly over the frame. The armrests are also wrapped in leather, creating a warm contrast to the cool metal frame.
