His family's glass artisan heritage dates back 23 generations to 1575. He created figurative objects of animal sculptures whose appearance and quality have a life appearance and character, so much so that Archimede Seguso earned the title of "maestro di animali" of the birds, rabbits, seals and dogs which he would he become famous for. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
