The copper top features an intricate series of hot air balloon scenes, rendered with exceptional detail and surrounded by a finely textured geometric border.

The warm, sculptural rosewood frame provides a beautiful contrast to the softly patinated copper, creating an elegant combination of natural wood and metal. The restrained architectural form has a sophisticated Scandinavian sensibility with a distinctly artistic quality, reminiscent of the more sculptural work of Paul Evans and Philip and Kelvin LaVerne.

The copper has developed a wonderful natural patina over time, while the rosewood displays exceptional grain and rich variation throughout.

A particularly unique example of Danish Mid-Century Modern design, combining fine craftsmanship, exotic wood, and an unusually decorative hand-etched copper surface. See less
