An incredible example of American folk art this large tramp art box features four round feet that the base pedestal sits on. Each side features layers of hand-carved detail. Lid is hinged with two different hinges- replacement screws on one. Works, but is perfectly imperfect. Round push button latch at front (doesn't latch to anything) little mirror inside. Remnants of gold paint and a faint "Nora" on the top. Measures ~14" wide x 11" tall x 9.5" deep. Features minor chips, cracks and dings with age. A stunning piece to add to any collection.
