Made of solid teak, the armchairs feature a slender structure that leaves ample space for the seat and high, padded backrest. The contoured armrests connect the front legs to the rear uprights with smooth, seamless transitions, while the open sides highlight the woodwork and meticulously crafted joints. The thin sections of the teak interact with the fuller volumes of the upholstery, creating a balance between the lightness of the structure and comfort. The seats and backrests have recently been restored and upholstered in a new light-colored fabric, maintaining the original shape of the upholstery. A representative example of Scandinavian furniture from the 1950s and 1960s, where the quality of the woodwork remains an integral part of the design. Good condition. May show signs of aging.
