Dimensions: height 47 cm, diameter 21 cm.

This large vase has a striking anthropomorphic form, with a face emerging from the surface. It is richly decorated with relief details, expressive brushstrokes and vivid colours including green, blue, red, burgundy, orange and black. The wide dark neck creates a strong contrast with the lighter ceramic body and the painterly decoration.

The object is closely connected to the traditional visual language of Seminara, where faces, powerful forms and symbolic decoration play an important role. This gives the vase a character that feels folkloric, sculptural and contemporary at the same time.

The vase is signed several times by the artist. Presumably early 2000s. In perfect condition.
