this piece is part of a limited edition series reserved for collectors. Each plate was hand-numbered on the base during its production.

artist: the piece bears the original handwritten signature "création de p. Mignon" on the back. History: paul mignon (1930–2012), awarded the title of meilleur ouvrier de france (mof) in 1965, was one of the leading artists and the most iconic artistic director of the longwy faience factory.

technique: highly detailed decoration enhanced with hand-painted colors (blue, yellow, red, green) under the glaze, produced at the longwy art workshop.
note the presence of a few minor chips on the rim/edge of the plate. No major cracks or repairs. This piece has an attribution mark,
