This substantial and highly decorative piece combines a functional mirror with atmospheric lighting and sculptural wall art. The rectangular mirror plate is surrounded by an exceptionally thick, high-quality cast acrylic frame with a deeply modeled, abstract ice-glass texture. Its remarkable clarity, weight and richly structured surface closely resemble hand-formed murano glass. When illuminated, the relief captures, refracts and softly diffuses the light, creating a beautiful warm glow around the entire mirror. Six concealed e14 light sockets are arranged behind the mirror, producing even indirect illumination throughout the translucent frame. The light can be conveniently switched on and off using the integrated pull switch. Modern led bulbs may also be used. Bulbs with adjustable colors or a variable color spectrum can transform the appearance and atmosphere of the mirror, greatly expanding its decorative possibilities and allowing the lighting to be individually adapted to different interiors and moods. For the american market, six e14-to-e12 screw-in socket adapters are included. These adapters simply screw into the existing e14 sockets, allowing commonly available american e12 bulbs to be used. Professional installation by a qualified electrician is recommended. The mirror is of impressive quality and weighs approximately 10.2 kilograms, or 22.5 pounds. Its substantial construction, unusually deep acrylic relief and dramatic illuminated appearance distinguish it from more commonly encountered vintage lighted mirrors. The acrylic frame is free from cracks or damage. The mirror glass displays only minimal age-related traces consistent with its vintage character. Dimensions: height: 73.5 cm / 28.94 in. Width: 59 cm / 23.23 in. Depth: 15 cm / 5.91 in. Mirror surface: 55 × 40 cm / 21.65 × 15.75 in. Weight: 10.2 kg / 22.5 lb. Six e14 sockets, maximum 40 watts each. The final three images are visualizations illustrating the possible lighting effects achievable with modern colored led bulbs. Colored bulbs are not included. See less
