Exceptional pair of original 1950s Medco-Sonlator medical storage cabinets, showcasing the streamlined industrial design and utilitarian aesthetic of mid-century American medical equipment.
Each cabinet features an original cream-colored steel body with tubular chrome framing, rounded chrome legs, original chrome hardware, and the distinctive Medco-Sonlator applied logo. The double-door interiors include two spacious storage shelves, making these cabinets both highly functional and visually striking.
Their unusual medical-industrial provenance and sculptural chrome frames make them particularly versatile for a sophisticated vintage interior. They would work beautifully as bedside cabinets, bathroom or linen storage, bar cabinets, office storage, or as statement pieces in a commercial or residential setting.
Offered as a matching pair, they retain their original vintage character with expected signs of age and use, including surface wear and finish imperfections consistent with their approximately 70-year history. Please review photographs carefully for condition details.
