Antique diminutive scale English dressing mirror constructed with a black lacquer frame decorated by hand in gilt and muted polychrome chinoiserie motifs retaining the original mirror plate, easel stand and backing.
Perfectly suited for a dressing table, bookcase or layered tabletop collection.

Significant age-related wear and losses to the original lacquered/painted decoration throughout (see photos). Mirror plate displays extensive foxing, spotting and localized losses to the silvering, including several more pronounced areas toward the center. Beveled edges remain attractive. Original wooden backing and easel. Wooden easel support is in working order as can be seen by photos. No restoration undertaken, comes as found in all original condition which I adore.
