Early 19rh. Century Adams style English giltwood mirror, c.1920
Having a rectangular frame with a Neoclassical style pediment featuring a central urn with flowing flowers and floral swags. Scrolling laurel leaves flank the side borders. The details continue to an ornate base apron. Crafted from carved wood and applied gesso details and finished in antique gold leaf. Old restorations and re-gilding in places. The back really shows the early age of this mirror. Hanging mount on rear.
