Its defining feature is its continuous profile: the shell flows seamlessly from one leg across the seat to the next, without a visible seam or joint. Four curved legs support it, leaving ample space between them—this very balance of volume and void gives the chair its striking yet understated presence. The design is entirely devoid of ornamentation. In this version, the cream-colored shell contrasts with the sunny yellow fabric upholstery, which appears draped over the seat like a cloth, its edges cascading softly over the sides. The seat height is deliberately low, the form compact—the F300 is a lounge chair for a relaxed, semi-reclined posture, not an armchair for sitting upright. It fits perfectly into the interior design of the 1960s and 70s and today appears less nostalgic than timeless.
