A round top with a full, rounded edge rests on a central wooden stand that transitions into a broad, round base. The consistent use of soft lines gives the table an almost sculptural character. The side table was presumably manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s or early 1970s and is constructed entirely of solid teak. The construction and finish align with the high-quality Danish furniture design of this period.

We have been unable to identify a maker, which is why we deliberately do not attribute the table to a specific designer or manufacturer. The material also plays an important role in the design. Various sections of solid teak have been joined together in the top, allowing the natural variations in grain and color nuances to remain clearly visible. Furthermore, the rounded edge beautifully demonstrates the generous use of solid wood. The table has been fully renovated in our workshop. Old finishes were carefully removed, after which the wood was sanded by hand and re-treated with a matte furniture oil. As a result, the teak has regained its warm color and lively grain, without the surface losing its natural appearance. Thanks to its modest size, the small table is easy to place next to an armchair or sofa, while the distinctive shape ensures that it also looks beautiful on its own.
