This is a three-piece bedroom suite in the French provincial style comprising of a matched pair of single drawer end … Read more This is a three-piece bedroom suite in the French provincial style comprising of a matched pair of single drawer end tables or nightstands and a three-drawer chest. They are made in a fine hardwood construction with vibrant amber finish, cabriole legs with chiseled aprons on all three pieces, carved grapevine and leaf cluster pulls centered on each door front. These are estimated to be mid to late 20th century.
Some provenance of these pieces is they were rented to the production of Fraiser, season 11 episode 14, called ‘Freudian sleep’, where the Cranes are plagued by bizarre nightmares on a trip to a mountain cabin where these were supposedly used in the set.
The end tables are approximately 26”W x 20”D x 24”H and the chest is approximately 36”W x 19”D x 27”H.
The pieces do have a few imperfections as seen in the photos, some scratches in the tops of the pieces and there is a little piece of the bottom drawer pull on the chest, missing a bit of leaf molding. See less
