The design is defined by its sculpted saddle-shaped seat, whose shallow double curve brings an organic quality to the otherwise restrained geometric construction.

Four square-section legs and simple stretchers create an architectural base, while the dark wood finish gives the piece warmth and visual depth. Its economical construction reflects the functional approach of post-war Czechoslovak design, with a simplicity that also recalls Scandinavian furniture of the period.

Compact and versatile, the stool can be used as an occasional seat or as a sculptural accent in a Mid-Century Modern or contemporary interior. The designer and manufacturer remain unidentified.

The stool has been carefully checked and cleaned in our Brno workshop. It remains stable and ready for use, with light signs of age consistent with an original vintage piece. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
